Safe custody.—Every service provider to persons with disabilities shall keep every scholarship to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the provision of services to persons with disabilities is carried on, shall record in Form VIII the description of every scholarship so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Bihar within ninety days of the close of each year.
