Intimation of change.—Every service provider to persons with disabilities shall intimate to the Government of Bihar, in Form VII and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Bihar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
