Surrender of certificate.—Every public sector undertaking who ceases to carry on the management of a public sector undertaking shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Finance Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 21 of the manner in which every sanction order held by him has been disposed of.
