Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the public sector undertaking shall apply to the Finance Commission in Form GFR 12-C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Finance Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
