Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a standard mark licence shall apply to the Central Authority in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Central Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
