Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of a standard mark licence dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Central Authority in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every standard then held; and the Central Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
