Surrender of certificate.—Every payment system operator who ceases to carry on the operation of a payment system shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Reserve Bank in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every deposit held by him has been disposed of.
