Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the money changer shall apply to the Authorised Officer in Form ANF-3A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Authorised Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
