Surrender of certificate.—Every registered body who ceases to carry on the carrying on of business by a registered body shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
