Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a shelter for the homeless who ceases to carry on the running of a shelter for the homeless shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Gujarat in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every register of beneficiaries held by him has been disposed of.
