Intimation of change.—Every pharmacist shall intimate to the District Registering Authority, in Form 21 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Registering Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
