Application for registration.—Every facilitation centre carrying on the running of a facilitation centre shall make an application for registration to the Regional Board in Form 2, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every register of employees held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
