Intimation of change.—Every significant data fiduciary shall intimate to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal, in Form H and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Cyber Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
