Intimation of change.—Every publisher of an opinion poll shall intimate to the Chief Electoral Officer, in Form 2A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Electoral Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
