Application for registration.—Every third party administrator carrying on the servicing of health insurance policies shall make an application for registration to the Insurance Ombudsman in Form IRDA-3, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every premium held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
