Intimation of change.—Every custodian of securities shall intimate to the Clearing Corporation, in Form E and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Clearing Corporation shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
