Application for registration.—Every custodian of securities carrying on the custody of securities shall make an application for registration to the Clearing Corporation in Form E, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every securities held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
