Application for registration.—Every association of allottees carrying on the management of common areas shall make an application for registration to the Rent Controller in Form H, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every apartment held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
