Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the association of allottees shall apply to the Rent Controller in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Rent Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
