Intimation of change.—Every advertiser on railway premises shall intimate to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety, in Form A and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
