Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the flying training organisation shall apply to the Airports Authority in Form CA-7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Airports Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
