Surrender of certificate.—Every flying training organisation who ceases to carry on the training of pilots shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Airports Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-3 of the manner in which every flight held by him has been disposed of.
