Surrender of certificate.—Every gratuity trust who ceases to carry on the administration of a gratuity fund shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 10 of the manner in which every nomination held by him has been disposed of.
