Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any gratuity trust dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 11, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every return then held; and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
