Intimation of change.—Every gratuity trust shall intimate to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority, in Form 5 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
