Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Government of Andhra Pradesh in the custody of the Controlling Authority, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Government of Andhra Pradesh; and where the Controlling Authority having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 10 within one hundred and twenty days of the succession.
