Intimation of change.—Every generator of hazardous waste shall intimate to the Government of Karnataka, in Form VII and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Karnataka shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
