Application for registration.—Every person subject to an inquiry carrying on the appearance before an inquiry shall make an application for registration to the Nodal Authority in Form G, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
