Surrender of certificate.—Every person subject to an inquiry who ceases to carry on the appearance before an inquiry shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Nodal Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every return held by him has been disposed of.
