Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor who ceases to carry on the supply of contract labour shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every standing order held by him has been disposed of.
