Rule 29, Goa Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Forms) Rules, 2012 [S4J-380]

Safe custody.—Every aircraft maintenance engineer shall keep every cargo manifest to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the certification of aircraft maintenance is carried on, shall record in Form CA-1 the description of every cargo manifest so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Goa within thirty days of the close of each year.
