Application for registration.—Every school carrying on the running of a school shall make an application for registration to the Commission in Form III, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every protection order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
