Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a vaccination centre dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Health Services in Form 41, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every record then held; and the Director of Health Services shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
