Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of an eating house who ceases to carry on the keeping of an eating house shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Police in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every magazine held by him has been disposed of.
