Surrender of certificate.—Every gratuity trust who ceases to carry on the administration of a gratuity fund shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 11 of the manner in which every remittance challan held by him has been disposed of.
