Application for registration.—Every owner of a lift irrigation scheme carrying on the operation of a lift irrigation scheme shall make an application for registration to the Ground Water Authority in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of users held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
