Surrender of certificate.—Every producer company who ceases to carry on the business of a producer company shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competition Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-1 of the manner in which every debenture held by him has been disposed of.
