Application for registration.—Every producer company carrying on the business of a producer company shall make an application for registration to the Competition Commission in Form DIR-12, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every share held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
