Surrender of certificate.—Every data fiduciary who ceases to carry on the processing of personal data shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every personal data held by him has been disposed of.
