Surrender of certificate.—Every loss assessor who ceases to carry on the assessment of claims shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Institute of Actuaries in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-1 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
