Application for registration.—Every loss assessor carrying on the assessment of claims shall make an application for registration to the Institute of Actuaries in Form IRDA-5, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every policy held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
