Intimation of change.—Every storage operator of foodgrains shall intimate to the Referral Laboratory, in Form A and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Referral Laboratory shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
