Conditions of registration.—Every online dispute resolution platform shall carry on the conduct of dispute resolution by electronic means only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every arbitration agreement in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such arbitration agreement for inspection on request by the Chief Executive Officer of the Council, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
