Application for registration.—Every mutawalli carrying on the management of a waqf shall make an application for registration to the Endowments Tribunal in Form A, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every lease of trust property held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
