Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person summoned by a commission shall apply to the Nodal Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Nodal Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
