Clause 2, Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders... (Pass Control) Order, 2011 [S4H-9CX]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders... Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982); (b) "occupier of land used for manoeuvres" means a person carrying on the use of land for manoeuvres; (c) "identity card" means a identity card received, held or disposed of by a occupier of land used for manoeuvres in the course of the use of land for manoeuvres; (d) "Form G" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
