Intimation of change.—Every importer of drugs shall intimate to the Appropriate Authority, in Form 28 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
