Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a hazardous installation who ceases to carry on the operation of a hazardous installation shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Fire Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every warning held by him has been disposed of.
