Application for registration.—Every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall make an application for registration to the Director of Fire Services in Form A, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every shelter held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
