Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a hazardous installation shall apply to the Director of Fire Services in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Director of Fire Services shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
